Coach Info
About Me:I am a Certified Executive Coach, nationally recognized BBQ Pitmaster, and seasoned design leader with nearly 20 years of experience in multi-channel experience design and innovation. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles in organizations across the spectrum, including JPMorgan Chase, frog design, Meta, Grubhub, PayPal, and American Express.
My professional journey began with a deep passion for harmonizing disparate perspectives, turning institutional skeptics into advocates, and demonstrating the power of design at scale. My leadership roles have consistently involved building and leading high-performing design teams, developing innovative strategies, and creating cohesive, elegant user experiences that have profound impacts on the business. From working with Disney on the design and launch of the Magic Band, to a global redesign of PayPal’s consumer design language, to groundbreaking use of data models at Grubhub — driving consumer, business, and personal impact for every team member has been critically important to me.
Certified by both Columbia Business School and the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, I specialize in helping senior design & tech leaders achieve holistic personal and professional transformation. My coaching approach integrates rigorous, data-driven techniques with progressive tools like psychedelic coaching, fostering profound personal insights and sustainable change.
In addition to my corporate experience, I co-founded and served as pitmaster of Revenge BBQ, a critically acclaimed Texas-style BBQ restaurant in Irvington, NY. This unique blend of design leadership and entrepreneurial spirit underscores what I bring to coaching, where I leverage diverse experiences to help leaders go where their passion leads.
Description of Services:I help senior leaders break through barriers and take steps towards holistic — both personal and professional — transformation.
In both my 1-1 executive coaching and group retreat offerings, I blend conventional and progressive coaching techniques to help leaders overcome plateaus and achieve profound growth.
My approach integrates modern executive and psychedelic coaching practices, all grounded in neuroscience and data. And if we do not find some joy along the way, something’s not right.

Credentials & Certifications: Certified Executive Coach through Columbia University, Certified Psychedelic Coach through Third Wave, Leadership Circle Profile, Neethling Brain InstrumentRemote Practicioner: YesPrice Range: $175-$350 ber 45 minute sessionMy Process
Intake Process:Our collaboration begins with a brief, 25-minute introductory call to explore potential areas for growth and to see if there's a good fit between us. If we decide to proceed, we'll have a longer 45-minute session where we dive deeper into defining what success looks like for you. This is necessary foundational work before the coaching begins and a critical step in shaping the container for our coaching work together.
After this foundational session, we'll draft a rough outline of our coaching engagement, which typically involves:
- Weekly or bi-weekly 45-minute sessions over a period of 2-3 months.
- The initial sessions are about getting to know each other. I might introduce tools like the Neething Brain Instrument (to understand your thinking preferences), or the Team Diagnostic or Leadership Circle Profile. If of interest, we can also discuss how psychedelics may fit into your coaching journey.
- Together, we'll spend time uncovering and discussing your values and how you might further their integration into your day to day habits & rituals, which is crucial for your personal and professional growth. At the end of the initial period, we'll evaluate our progress and decide if extending our time together would be beneficial. While I'm open to continuing our sessions, I typically aim for our coaching engagement to conclude within 3-6 months to keep our focus sharp.
Overview of Protocol:My coaching sessions adhere to a structured yet flexible approach that starts with understanding what truly matters to you. This process is inspired by a foundational method I learned at Columbia University.
①What’s Up
We start by understanding what is alive for you right now — whether it's addressing long-term goals or immediate concerns like sudden changes at work. This sets the stage for our work together.② What Matters
We delve into the heart of what really matters to you. This isn't just about intellectual reasons but also how these goals resonate with you emotionally and physically. Understanding this deeper significance is crucial for genuine engagement and commitment.③ What’s Next
We work through actionable steps. This involves both immediate actions and potentially transformative long-term strategies. The focus is on practical, embodied actions that range from skill development to lifestyle changes.Photos
