Rooted in holistic principles, our therapies aim to offer whole health, which we believe originates within each of us, not from a practitioner/drug/treatment/etc. Our aim is to help you access your own inner healer, but having help and experience from allies can fast track that healing process. Our practitioners use a variety of modalities including herbalism, medications when necessary, physical medicine including adjustments, massage, etc., acupuncture, ayurveda, nutritional counseling, supplements, and more. We are oriented toward somatic forms of psychotherapy techniques including Hakomi, Somatic Dialogue, EMDR, and mindfulness based practices drawing from Buddhist psychology, IFS (parts work), and more. We offer psychedelic integration and harm reduction counseling, Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psilocybin services under Oregon's Measure 109 program, and many other integrative mental health services.
