1 Closing callPractitioners:Cheyenne Ling
Cheyenne is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who brings warmth, compassion, and curiosity to her work. Her personal healing journey has shown her the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people can openly share their experiences. Cheyenne believes that what we resist tends to persist, and that turning toward our feelings, rather than away from them, can be deeply healing. In counselling, she incorporates Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help clients identify, examine, and process emotions while exploring how present experiences and relationship patterns may be shaped by the past. The foundation of Cheyenne’s work is based on Carl Rogers’ belief that people naturally move toward growth and healing when the right relational conditions are present. By embodying unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and genuineness, she aims to create a supportive space where people can learn to trust their inner healing intelligence and move toward growth and healing.
Sadaf Naji
When we get disconnected from ourselves, we get lost. The purpose of therapy is to connect us back to ourselves. My great passion is to show the possibility of healing people. I guide clients to find a healthy connection to themselves and have compassion, so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole and safe. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual. For this reason, I have integrated everything I have learnt into a holistic psychosomatic approach to the treatment of trauma.
I am a licensed Counsellor, Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, and Certified Breathwork Facilitator from Vancouver, BC, Canada. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, multicultural therapy, body image, boundaries, sexuality and female wellness.

Overview of Experience:Our Approach: Preparation, Safety & Integration
At Qi, ketamine-assisted therapy is never just about the medicine — it’s about the container that surrounds it.
We begin with thoughtful preparation, where clients work with our clinical team to clarify intentions, build trust, and develop the internal resources needed to navigate the experience. This phase lays the foundation for meaningful and safe therapeutic work.
During medicine sessions, safety is paramount. Each experience is medically supervised and therapeutically supported by a trained team, ensuring clients feel physically secure, emotionally held, and able to surrender into the process. Our protocols prioritize nervous system regulation, consent, and individualized care at every step.
What makes the work truly lasting is integration. After each session, clients are supported in making sense of their experience — translating insights into real, sustainable change. Through therapy, reflection, and ongoing support, we help bridge the gap between the medicine experience and everyday life.
This three-part model — preparation, experience, and integration — is what allows ketamine-assisted therapy to move beyond symptom relief and toward deeper, more enduring transformation.
Intake Process:Following your initial Discovery Call, the next step is to ensure that ketamine-assisted therapy is appropriate and safe for you.
Physician Referral
A referral from a licensed physician is required to proceed. You may obtain this from your existing healthcare provider, or, if preferred, we can connect you with a physician within our network.Comprehensive Medical Screening
Once a referral is received, you will complete a thorough medical intake process. This includes a detailed review of your health history, current medications, and any relevant physical or mental health considerations.Clinical Assessment with Medical Team
As part of this process, you will meet with a member of our medical team, which may include a consultation with our Medical Director. This assessment ensures clinical appropriateness, clarifies any potential risks, and supports the development of a safe, personalized plan. This structured intake process allows us to uphold the highest standards of medical safety and ensures that each client is well-supported before entering the therapeutic program.
