About your Clinic:Psynergy is an integrative mental wellness hub where conventional medicine meets complimentary holistic practices. Psynergy is located on the banks of the South Saskatchewan river in Southern Alberta, Canada and incorporates nature to bring innovative and traditional multimodal interventions and approaches together aiming for well-coordinated care among different collaborative providers. These include psychologists, social workers, medical professionals, neuroscientist, trauma informed body workers, energy healers, yoga & breath work instructors, biofeedback practitioner, nutritionist, acupuncturist, aroma and sound therapy. By bringing together both conventional and complementary approaches guided by centuries of indigenous knowledge, clients are empowered to trust their innate healing wisdom to improve and restore their health inter-connectedly; mind, body, and spirit.

Overview of Experience:Our team is a part of a ‘short term’ care plan as an intervention effort. We only play our roles temporarily while clients receive treatment intervention and transfer patients back to the primary treatment providers upon completing of the treatment program. We provide consultation to any therapist or medical provider interested in referring patients within Alberta.
Intake Process:Step 1- Referral from Patient’s GP/Psychiatrist goes to
Step 2-Medical Administrators
Step 3-Psychiatric Nurse/Psychologist Assesses psychiatric mental health/addiction status for contraindications, no psychotic symptoms, stable to go in to procedure treatment, emotional tolerance skills, functional skills, and info gathers psychiatric history into case conceptualization
Step 4-Medical Director -Psychiatrist for case conceptualization & approval
Step 5-Psychological Psychedelic Preparation
Step 6 Integration begins post medicine: group/individual integration can begin with variety of trained therapists
