We guide clients through all the stages of the healing process, including preparation, detox, medically-assisted Ibogaine sessions, bespoke wellness plans, and customized integration support. This is our shortest program, priced at $13,500 USD. We then have 10, 14-day program. All programs include:
- Doctor’s fees and nursing care.
- Ibogaine flood dose, and up to three complementary doses after the treatment, as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- All prescribed medications.
- Airport transfers (airport-clinic, etc).
- Cardiology evaluation.
- All lab-work.
- IVs & vitamin support during treatment.

At Bassé, Kat plays a vital role in preserving shamanic integrity and maintaining a sincere connection to Iboga’s tribal roots. She offers her specialized integration protocols and guidance for all aspects of Bassé’s aftercare, ensuring that each journey toward healing is rooted in respect, reverence, and genuine spiritual connection.
Faegan Harlow: Somatic Clinical Director. She / they draws from a rich 25 year career in integrative wellness. With a master’s degree equivalency in holistic health, Faegann supports patients in discovering and developing meaningful relationships with their bodies and deepen their sense of self through group and individual body-based care. Under the tutelage of Kat Courtney, Faegann has navigated the plant medicine space for nearly 15 years, befriending psychedelic allies as powerful stewards of heart-centered healing. She studied Somatic Plant Medicine Integration with Atira Tan, and embodies a grounded, nurturing approach to integrating medicine work.
Dr. Juan Manuel Quijada Gaytán: a leading Mexican psychiatrist and public health expert specializing in mental health and addictions. As former Head of Mexico’s National Mental Health and Addictions Commission (Conasama), he brings decades of experience in clinical care, policy development, and innovative treatment approaches to his current role as Medical Director of Bassé.
With a medical degree from the National Polytechnic Institute and a background as General Director of Psychiatric Care Services, Dr. Quijada Gaytán has overseen nationwide strategies for addiction treatment, suicide prevention, and mental health integration into primary care. His work has impacted millions, with a strong focus on community-based, evidence-driven solutions.
In his role at Bassé, he combines his deep clinical knowledge with a commitment to safe, ethical, and transformative care for individuals seeking recovery from addiction and emotional trauma. His leadership ensures medical excellence, psychological safety, and compassionate support throughout the healing process.
Justine Lapping: Head Nurse - is a Registered Nurse with over six years of experience in Emergency Medicine. She spent several years practicing at Hennepin County Medical Center, one of the United States’ busiest inner-city trauma centers. She later worked at the Mayo Clinic, an internationally renowned medical institution. Throughout her nursing career, she has been deeply honored to support patients and families during some of the most vulnerable and defining moments. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to every interaction and is committed to supporting individuals through times of crisis, uncertainty and healing.
Her professional path is informed by personal experience — Justine has navigated her own journey with addiction. Her time in the ER allowed her to witness firsthand how addiction impacts individuals, families and communities. She considers it her soul’s purpose to support those who are ready to free themselves from the grip of addiction.

Overview of Experience:When you arrive at our luxurious, nature-nestled clinic, you’ll be treated with respect, and our central commitment is always your safety. Our driver will meet you at the airport and keep you comfortable on your journey, and once at Bassé, you’ll receive a complete schedule and orientation for our intimate, gorgeous setting.
Our space is nothing like a traditional, sterile hospital setting. Although emergency-trained doctors and nurses lead our team, Bassé feels like a 5-star boutique hotel. We will take care of you every step of the way.
Our Ibogaine program includes Ibogaine flood dose, and up to three complementary doses after the treatment, as prescribed by the treating doctor. We also include a range of complementary therapies that can help support recovery and promote overall well-being. This includes signature Bassé bodywork, somatic therapies to regulate the nervous system, guided personalized meditation practices, yoga therapy, and daily rituals that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Our 2 week program (or longer) is a custom-designed experience for clients needing extra support either in detoxing from substance abuse, and/or physical and somatic healing. Ibogaine treatment must be conducted in a clinical setting with 24/7 medical supervision. Our medical program is led by Dr. Damian Cano, an emergency medicine specialist. Dr. Cano works alongside a compassionate team of physicians, cardiologists, registered nurses, clinical psychologists, integration coaches, and dedicated support staff—all committed to your well-being.Intake Process:After your initial contact with Bassé, an intake specialist will quickly respond and set up a telephone interview. We will need to get your medical history and detailed information regarding the current condition for which you are seeking treatment, as well as a complete list of any medications you are currently taking, prescription or otherwise, or have taken in the past month, and any medical conditions that you may have.
We will remain in contact with you after the initial assessment and follow up on any additional questions that may arise to see if you are a good candidate for this treatment.
