As a certified age-regression hypnotherapist, tantra breathwork, de-armoring practitioner, and professional astrologer with advanced training in transpersonal and energy psychology, I offer an integrative path rooted in evidence-informed and soul-honoring practices.​

    I provide remote therapy to adults (ages 28+) in Florida, Idaho, and South Carolina via secure Telehealth. While I do not accept insurance, Superbills are available for reimbursement, along with a sliding scale for qualified clients.

    Preparation (1-2 sessions): We begin with a consultation to ensure alignment, followed by personalized preparation. This includes psychoeducation on non-ordinary states, intention-setting, somatic grounding practices, and archetypal/mythic mapping (including astrology if desired). For psychedelic/ketamine integration clients, we establish safety protocols, emotional resourcing via IFS and breathwork, and heart-centered meditation to cultivate inner stability. Healers address burnout/codependency patterns to build resilience.

    The Experience (ongoing sessions): Sessions blend Jungian depth work, somatic awareness, tantra breathwork/de-armoring, and transpersonal tools to access expanded consciousness safely. Clients explore spiritual emergence, release unconscious holdings, and integrate mythic narratives for soul alignment. Virtual Telehealth creates a sacred container for profound inner work without needing to travel.

    Integration (core focus): Post-experience, we anchor insights into daily life through embodiment practices, purpose clarification, and relational patterning. For psychedelic journeys, this means metabolizing visions, emotions, and shifts into lasting transformation. Healers gain tools to sustain boundaries and heart-centered presence in their work.     Intake Process:

    I prioritize alignment and safety through a structured, multi-step process:

    Initial Inquiry Review: Prospective clients complete a secure online intake form with a brief description of what brings them to therapy (spiritual emergence, healer burnout/codependency, psychedelic integration). This ensures fit with my transpersonal specialties. General mental health inquiries are redirected to appropriate resources.

    Consultation Call (15-20 min, free): If aligned, we schedule a phone consult to explore goals, history highlights, current functioning, and mutual fit.

    Full Intake Session (video; post-consult): Comprehensive intake session involves:

    Detailed medical/psychiatric history

    Psychological screening (current symptoms, spiritual emergency indicators)

    Substance use history (detailed for psychedelic clients)

    Consent forms, practice policies, and HIPAA release

    Acceptance Decision: I review all materials within 24-48 hours following the initial intake session. Acceptance prioritizes stable adults 28+ drawn to depth work who can commit to out-of-pocket fees. Clients needing crisis care, diagnosis/treatment of severe mental illness, or insurance-based therapy are referred out to be sure your needs can be fully addressed with the appropriate provider.
