About Me:Hi, I'm Zoe!
I grew up in a remote Alaskan village, experiencing both adventure and adversity. I moved to Washington over 30 years ago with my husband and raised our family near the Cascade mountains. I’m an avid long-distance motorcycle rider, and in my spare time I enjoy family, friends, and writing novels.
Previous careers include radio broadcasting and healthcare. I switched careers as part of my desire to be part of a larger community of those interested in growth, healing, and learning. I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate struggles, pursue personal growth, or find freedom from harmful patterns.
Description of Services:I take an individual, supportive approach to psychotherapy, adapting to the needs of each person. I work with clients to develop greater self-awareness and improve coping skills. This combination develops symptom relief while also creating opportunity for lasting transformation. I believe we all have the answers inside, we just need a little help navigating. Creating a safe space to process feelings and thoughts provides fertile ground for healing, growing, and flourishing. As a relational therapist, you can expect me to engage with you through listening, questions and insights. I bring curiosity to help us discover together what is impacting current concerns. My modalities are a blend from: Relational, Narrative, and Psychodynamic therapies. I also offer Psychedelic Integrative Therapy.I offer telehealth and in person appointments for residents of Washington State. I am in network with Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise. My office is located in beautiful downtown North Bend, Washington.Credentials & Certifications: Masters of Counseling Psychology, Narrative Focused Trauma Level 2, David Kessler Grief Educator CertificationLicenses: LMHCA, license #MC61298256Details

Overview of Experience:I adapt treatment to fit an individual's needs/wants, there is no one size fits all. I do not sit/guide in the psychedelic experience. My role is to support you with sessions before and after the experience to assist in integrating the experience to maximize long -term effect.
Intake Process:I offer a free 20-minute zoom call to provide an opportunity for prospective clients to ask questions and for me to gather basic information. This helps us each assess if it is an appropriate fit to work together.
An initial intake visit includes a thorough discussion of goals, history, and concerns. I prefer to collaborate with clients in creating a plan for our work together.Photos
