About Me:I am an artist, creative and experiential arts therapist, and yoga & meditation teacher. I work as a spiritual companion. For the past 10 years, I have been on a journey of self-inquiry, asking questions that point to a higher spiritual reality. I now support ("companion") others to do the same. Utilizing creative arts and sacred plant medicines, together we support the awakening and development of the spiritual heart. While I hold a BPsych(Hons) and a Master of Creative and Experiential Arts Therapies, my work is intuitively led and energetically focused. I believe healing exists within the Self, so I work somatically with the body and its felt senses to attune to places of deeper knowing within ones own being. Through loving presence and compassionate curiosity, I support individuals to find a place of grounded centre, step into their creativity and power as they open their hearts, reclaim their voice and develop their innate gifts of intuitive knowing. Plants are our allies, and I support individuals to safely connect to the innate healing power of a variety of herbal and medicinal teachers to further support our journey. Nature is medicine, nature is me, nature is we! Nature is healing, it is her nature.
Description of Services:Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy & Entheogenic Integration
Divergent from the emerging clinical western model of ‘Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy’, Laprana’s Entheogenic Integration approach focuses on supporting people to connect to the innate wisdom of the natural world through master plant teachers such as psilocybin. These plant medicines enable access to natural expanded states of consciousness within which deep, root-level healing is possible. I highlight the word integration to emphasize that’s only through the ongoing deep embodiment of these expanded states and their wisdom that stable state change, i.e. lasting healing occurs.Companioning Consciousness— Spiritual Companioning & Mentoring
Fostering connection, power reclamation, self-healing & transformation.Led by intuition and intention, these sessions utilize somatic felt sensing, deep embodiment, and emergent creative expression as mediums/modalities through which we can come to Know.
Allowing the deeper, less known parts of the self to be illuminated, I walk alongside the inquirer with curiosity and compassion to support the dissolution of fear, the opening of the heart, and the reconnection to one’s own Spirit.
In bringing shadow to the light of the conscious mind, we are able to view the parts of the self keeping you stuck with more clarity and compassion and together, work towards preferred ways of being. By shining light upon those ingrained thought/behavioral patterns, i.e. the Default Mode Network, and slowly and consciously re-networking mind & body, individuals often experience a growing sense of calm, confidence, and clarity in everyday life, as they gradually learn to embody their Higher Self.

Overview of Experience:Preparation
In these sessions, we begin experientially exploring your intentions alive within the present moment, while bringing conscious awareness to those ingrained, “less known” patterns of thought, belief, and behavior keeping you stuck. We monitor your mindset (set) to ensure you’re feeling in a state of confident readiness going into ceremony, considering elements such as the physical environment (setting), basic substance information, dosage, risks, and what you might expect during your time with the medicine. Following your medicine ceremony, we continue the unfolding within an integration process.
Integration
In Phase 1 Integration, we explore your experience by accessing embodied somatic felt senses, images, and symbolism and representing these creatively. By drawing upon creative mediums and modalities (such as painting, drawing, poetry, movement, music, etc.) we come to know and understand experiences more deeply.
In Phase 2 Integration, we begin a process of narrativization to infiltrate layers of new knowledge with more clarity and focus. In this phase, I support you to discover internal tools to firmly embed your new knowings and preferred way of being.
