    About Me:

    I have been a licensed Psychologist in the province of Alberta for 18 years. After spending the first half of my career working for various companies and institutions I realized I needed to make a big change. In 2017, I opened my own practice and started following my heart to create opportunities to fulfill my passion and allow me to use my gifts.

    I am grateful to be spending my days connecting with others, hearing their stories, and creating meaningful opportunities to work with others, through counselling, breathwork, and workshops. I have been working with psychedelics (personally and professionally) for the past 6 years and focus my attention on supporting clients with preparation and integration coaching. 

    I would be happy to connect to see how we can work together to create opportunities for healing.

  • My Process

    Overview of Experience:

    I start with understanding what people are looking for in their psychedelic journey, what led them to be curious about psychedelics, and connecting to the "why"
    From there we talk about preparation for the journey and walk through holistic preparation activities to guide their preparation. After the journey, I support people with the integration process which simply put is making sense of the journey, creating an understanding of the experience, and what they want to do with their insight, what changes they want to make based on their psychedelic experience.

    Intake Process:

    My intake process is a discussion of a person's current challenges, any mental health history, and what supports they have in their life to support their journey.
