I see the therapeutic relationship as symbiotic.  I believe everyone has innate strength and wisdom, yet sometimes stress in life can cloud those elements. I have the experience of over ten years in the mental health field, and I will use the modalities listed to guide you on our journey together.

I graduated in 2007 with my BA in Psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. In 2011, I graduated with my Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons College.  I have primarily worked with individuals who have experienced significant traumas in their life.  I have worked in residential, hospital, and school settings.  I practice EMDR which can be a powerful tool for those who have experienced trauma.  I also specialize in working with women's issues, particularly emotional concerns surrounding pregnancy, miscarriage, and the postpartum period.

I identify as a white cisgender straight female and I recognize my privilege as such. I strongly welcome individuals whose identity differs from my own.
