About Me:Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist with 8 years experience in 1:1 transpersonal and holistic therapy practice.
2008: I first tried LSD while studying for my Psychology degree in the United States. It was Dr. Oscar Janiger’s pioneering studies on LSD and the creative process, that first opened my heart and mind to entering this field of study in the future.

2012: My first plant medicine and psychedelic ceremonies took place at the gorgeous Pachamama retreat center in Costa Rica. I was studying for a Masters in Art Therapy from the United States, and had the opportunity to spend 10 days in the jungle with this compassionate wellness community. In the heart of the most beautiful jungle, I was held in safety and love. And with an insane sound system and curated musical selection by Tyohar! We swam in the river, I experienced my first inipi style sweat lodge, drank fresh coconut water and overall experienced juicy healthy vibes all around for those 10 days.
It's my an absolute joy to provide these same quality life-changing experiences to my clients.
I've had two decades of private education - professional degrees in Psychology and Art Therapy, training in Somatic, Trauma-Informed, Couples, Hypnosis, Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems, Medical Burnout, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapies - all of which inform my process.
Continuing research, education and personal experiences deeply inform my process and wisdom when working with psychedelics for healing and spiritual growth.

Overview of Experience:Our initial consultation is about vetting you for psychedelic journeying. Are you ready? Is now the right time? What's going on in your life? What's your past mental health history? Etc. My intake is based on both clinical and personal questioning and understanding.
I follow a "start small and work your way up" approach to psychedelics.
My intentions are that you have a positive experience and any potential internal challenges occur within a safe and comfortable container. Using co-regulation exercises I help my clients establish trust in me as a person and spaceholder. Creating the container together is paramount to parasympathetic engagement.
I'm known for talking people off the ledge into a more rational view of what psychedelics are and what they can do for you. When you come to me, I will help you establish courage and realistic expectations.
A journey with me focuses on music. As we amplify and ground all vibrations, providing a positive environment with carefully curated music and sounds is essential. Breathwork is one of the most important elements I use for working with your inner healing wisdom. Establishing clarity in intentions and needs is important for us to align on your transformational experience.
Integration is different for everyone. Sometimes we use movement, art therapy, somatic approaches and other modalities. I have a massive toolkit gained painstakingly over years of research education and training in how to process psychological material based on your preferred learning styles and emotional intelligence.
