About Me:Jacqueline Robertson, LMFT, is a therapist with 15 years of experience, offering a unique blend of evidence-based practices and holistic mind-body-spiritual approaches. Trained in Attachment Theory, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Hakomi Mindfulness, her comprehensive training allows her to offer a multifaceted approach to emotional wellness, integrating the scientific rigor of clinical psychology with the depth of spiritual and holistic practices.
Her approach is deeply rooted in understanding the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. She fosters a journey of healing and self-discovery by working with clients to identify and shift limiting core beliefs and dysfunctional patterns and behaviors. This journey is not just about mental health; it encompasses the whole being, acknowledging how our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviors are intricately linked.
With a background in holistic nutrition, meditation, and somatic-based therapies, Jacqueline contributes to a comprehensive understanding of wellness. This holistic perspective recognizes the importance of addressing emotional issues through talk therapy and considering the physical and spiritual dimensions of health.
Jacqueline specializes in enhancing self-esteem, women’s issues, managing stress and anxiety, navigating grief and loss, life transitions, addressing relationship challenges, and perfectionism. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, strength-based, and educational. This process involves teaching practical tools and skills, such as mindfulness practices, cognitive restructuring, and behavior modification, to help clients live more meaningful, peaceful, and authentic lives.
Jacqueline also offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy preparation and integration. The synergistic interplay of ketamine and psychotherapy empowers clients to delve into their trauma with heightened insight, compassion, and a newfound sense of empowerment, fostering healing and cultivating a revitalized connection to self. Integrating these therapeutic experiences instigates enduring changes, including the transformation of limiting beliefs and perspectives, enabling clients to approach life with enhanced resilience.
Jacqueline’s continuous education and practice reflect her commitment to blending evidence-based therapy with a holistic approach. This includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, certifications in various therapeutic modalities, and a deep personal dedication to the sacred path of healing and growth. She believes in the transformative power of therapy that honors the entire human experience – mind, body, and spirit – and is dedicated to guiding clients on their path to well-being.

Overview of Experience:In my practice of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), you employ a comprehensive approach that encompasses preparation, the therapeutic experience, and integration sessions to provide holistic support to your clients.
Preparation Sessions:
Before the KAP session, I conduct thorough preparation sessions. During these sessions, we establish a strong therapeutic alliance and collaboratively define treatment goals. I educate clients about ketamine, its effects, and the therapeutic process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Together, we explore the client's mental and emotional landscape, identifying potential areas of focus for the KAP session. Additionally, I guide clients to prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for the upcoming experience, including relaxation techniques, setting intentions, and creating a conducive environment for integration.
KAP Experience:
During the KAP session, I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to undergo their ketamine-assisted journey. I offer gentle guidance and support as clients navigate their inner experiences, encouraging them to explore emotions, insights, and memories that arise during the altered state of consciousness induced by ketamine. Using your therapeutic expertise, I facilitate deep introspection, emotional processing, and healing, helping clients access profound insights and transformative experiences.
Integration Sessions:
Following the KAP session, I provide integration sessions to help clients assimilate and integrate their experiences into their daily lives. These sessions provide a space for clients to reflect on their KAP journey, process insights gained during the session, and explore their meaning and relevance to their therapeutic goals. I support clients in identifying actionable steps for personal growth and healing based on their KAP experience. Through ongoing dialogue, mindfulness practices, journaling, and other therapeutic exercises, I empower clients to integrate their insights and transformations into their lives, fostering lasting positive change and well-being.
