EvoLEAD: Leadership Development Beyond the Ordinary
Evolute Institute's 3-month flagship programme EvoLEAD takes leaders on an intensive and life-changing developmental journey: In a selective group of maximum 10 leaders (successful founders, CEOs, executives, change-makers), we will experience the transformative power of expanded states of consciousness. Guided by experienced experts, business coaches, medical doctors and psychologists, we will accompany you safely and professionally through your experience with legal psychedelic truffles (to be purchased by you directly from a licensed vendor in NL). In connection with leadership-relevant developmental content and contemplative as well as experiential practices, we create an intimate space in which deep connection and inspiration can be experienced. With deep inner work and custominzed coaching, we support your personal and professional development towards profound self-knowledge, the unleashing of your creative potential and the intuitive sensing of your authentic life vision.

Our work
We provide leaders the environment they need to safely embark on an empowering and demanding journey of self-exploration. Our programs strive to create a unique space for transformative learning, where personal, leadership and organizational development meet in a context of altered states of consciousness. In addition to consciousness-altering technologies, we employ a diverse set of reflective, contemplative, and experiential exercises as well as peer coaching to catalyze profound insight and growth of our clients.
Description of Services:What's included in our EvoLEAD retreats
A carefully curated 3-months journey as your path to transformation
- Interview video-call
- psychological / physiological screening: written assessment + call with our psychotherapist
- Preparation (3 weeks, part-time): three group sessions (video-call) + one 1-on-1 session with your personal coach

Overview of Experience:Highlights of your EvoLEAD development journey

- 2-month integration phase (digital, part-time) with group and 1-on-1 sessions
- Guidance and support for your psychedelic experience with legal psilocybin-containing truffles in a safe and professional setting
- Cutting-edge experiential curriculum based on newest science and ancient wisdom traditions
- Excellent ratio between participants and facilitator (2:1)Intake Process:With every candidate for our training and coaching programs, we fist conduct one in-depth interview (1-1.5 hours) about their motivation to participate in our retreat programs. In case we consider the candidate is suitable for further consideration, we ask them to fill out an extensive screening questionnaire with over 60 questions that checks for physiological, psychological and psychiatric risk-factors and contra-indications (based on latest science). After that, every applicant has a screening call with one of our medical staff. Only after this procedure we admit candidates to our program. We also assess people for group fit and if it's the right time for them to participate in one of our programs for personal and leadership development.
Psychedelic Substances Offered: Participants consume their own, legally purchased psilocybin-containing trufflesHow does this Center source medicine?:We do not source the truffles, participants can buy them from licensed vendors in the Netherlands. We only accpet people who bring their own legal psilocybin-containing truffles in the Netherlands. Psilocybin-containing truffles are fully legal and can be purchased in official shops in the Netherlands. We do not use any other substances.
