Sentience Retreats

We really try to be a comfortable bridge marrying traditional research and mental health therapies with spiritual ceremonies and practices. We do this by offering a balance mix of classic talk therapy, yoga, breath-work, self regulation and reiki practices, meditations, plant medicines and supplement support. Our focus is on cultivating an understanding of  "What it means to be you" and building a sense of trust with your body and your authenticity that is generous and inviting. Our hope is that the retreats leaves you with a sense of belonging, joy, curiosity and maybe even some ounce of personal grace and radical self acceptance.
