We exist because we believe the current mental health epidemic in America requires new tools and a bold new vision of what mental health care looks like. We believe that merely reducing symptoms of conditions is not an acceptable treatment plan. We strive for an outcome of mental wellness for all of our patients. Backed by recent scientific evidence and professional experience, we know incorporating ketamine in treatment plans currently provides the best chance of achieving that outcome. There has not been a widely adopted new treatment for mental illness in over 30 years and far too many patients have not found relief from existing treatments.

Overview of Experience:We provide a safe and comfortable spa like environment for our patients. We always ensure that each patient has their own private room and has ample time to relax and prepare for the treatments. We offer psychotherapy integrations the same day if requested.
Upon arrival for your scheduled treatment, you will be promptly seated in your own personal treatment room.
Ketamine infusions are most successful when the patient is relaxed and without distraction. With this in mind each treatment room has a comfortable reclining chair and is private, quiet, and homey.
Our medical professionals will ensure you are comfortable and ready for your infusion. There is never a rush to start treatment if you are feeling anxious or need time to decompress.
Based on thousands of patient's feedback, we recommend listening to calm and comforting music for the length of the treatment. We recommend selecting a playlist or album prior to each treatment. Please bring your own device and headphones.
Patient feedback also suggests that wearing eye masks can prevent visual distractions and we will provide them upon request.
Your vitals will be monitored before and throughout the treatment for your safety.
When you are ready your nurse will start your IV. Ketamine is given through an IV over a precisely scheduled time of 40-60 minutes, that varies by dose. This allows the nurse exact control of the experience and enhance the cognitive effects of the treatment. It can be stopped at any time upon request.
When the Ketamine infusion is completed, you will be given around 30 minutes to relax and reorientate yourself from the experience.
When you are ready and it is safe for you to leave the clinic, we will discharge you to be driven home by a designated driver.
Intake Process:New Pathways Clinic will conduct a mental and physical health assessment prior to treatment, to ensure your infusions are safe and ethical. We believe in making this process as painless as possible and offer free consultations to you over the phone or in person before performing an assessment.
For the assessment, we will email you digital copies of the necessary forms, so no printing, faxing, or mailing is required! When you are ready to start your ketamine treatments, we promise to always schedule them within a week.
Ketamine infusions are a unique medical treatment. Most patients experience relief in a few treatments while some patients may even experience immediate relief after the first treatment. Each treatment results in more neuron growth and repair in the brain and studies show that a minimum of six treatments is needed to for ideal results.
We offer two and three-week treatment plans, each consisting of six infusions.
Like any other medical treatment, patients respond differently to ketamine infusions. By the end of six infusions, about 10% respond so well that they never need further treatment. Another 10% won’t have experienced significant relief and we will explain that further treatments will likely not be beneficial. The other 80% of patients experience significant or complete relief, but require booster infusions to sustain the effects.
We offer customized booster infusion plans based on patient response, ranging from every month to once a year.
