    Intake Process:

    Patients begin with an intake call with our Intake Coordinator to review their insurance coverage and determine treatment eligibility. They then have a telehealth appointment with one of our licensed providers for a comprehensive evaluation. After the evaluation, we work with the insurance plan to obtain authorization for treatment. Once approved, we onboard the patient for their first month of treatment.
