    Description of Services:

    We offer two distinctive care plans for ketamine treatment:

    • Medicine Only
      A flexible, at-home ketamine treatment program that’s personalized for you. Your plan includes self-paced ketamine experiences, monthly psychiatric appointments with a licensed expert, as well as a digital mental health toolkit.
    • Medicine + Therapy
      An at-home program that includes both ketamine and psychotherapy. Your bespoke plan includes 8 sessions with a licensed, certified ketamine assisted therapist, 3 psychiatric appointments, and safe, at-home ketamine experiences.

    Led by Dr. Michael Cooper, our clinical team includes 7 Psychiatric Clinicians as well as 20 licensed psychotherapists who have been trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy by our partners at Fluence

  • Our Process

    Overview of Experience:

    If you're accepted into care with Innerwell, you'll be sent an Innerwell Box along with your first two doses. Begin your experience by launching the Innerwell Portal, where we’ll guide you through a few safety checks and some mental readiness exercises to elevate your first dose day. As you proceed through treatment, your psychiatric clinician will adjust your dose based on your healing, sometimes higher or lower, but always forward.

    You’ll meet with your psychiatric clinician monthly to discuss your progress and symptoms, but you can also talk with them securely at any time during treatment via direct messaging in the Innerwell Portal.

    Heal each day with self-guided care. Decompress with guided meditations from Zen master Henry Shukman, and capture what you feel and experience with each look inside, during or after treatment, through user-friendly built-in journaling.

    Intake Process:

    Patients start with an online screener to see if ketamine might be a good fit. Once they sign up for a care plan, they are given access to the Innerwell Portal, where they can take our patient onboarding, a 15-minute in-depth questionnaire about their physical and mental health history. Afterwards, patients choose a Psychiatric Clinician and book their intake appointment, a 45-minute telehealth consultation where it is determined if ketamine is safe and necessary.
