  • Our Process

    Overview of Experience:

    During the first 3-5 days on the Joyous treatment plan, you will begin to learn how low-dose ketamine treatment affects you. You will be monitored and guided on a daily basis and as needed to optimize your treatment outcome. Throughout your journey as a Joyous patient, we will check-in on you everyday and monitor to see how you are feeling to determine if the treatment is effective for you. Where we see fit, our team of highly trained professionals will adjust your treatment and provide you with recommendations on how to optimize your mental health improvements. After 21-35 days our providers will check back in with you via a telehealth consultation, and see if a refill makes sense. A new 30-day supply of medication will be shipped directly to your door.

    Intake Process:

    To assess if Joyous low-dose ketamine treatment is right for you, complete the digital medical and psychiatric history intake form on our website and if you qualify, you'll schedule a free online video appointment with one of our providers to discuss your optimal treatment plan. Once our provider has confirmed that our treatment plan is a good fit for you, we'll start working on your prescription and will ship a 30-day supply of medication right to your door. You will receive daily check-ins to monitor your treatment and optimize treatment outcomes.
