Microdosing Course

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for purchasers of the Microdosing Course. The refund window is considered based on the refund request date. Requests made beyond the 10-day window will be declined.

Microdosing Coaching

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for purchasers of Microdosing Coaching. Purchasers are eligible for a full refund within this 10-day time-frame contingent on not having scheduled and carried out any of their coaching calls.

If you have already scheduled your initial coaching call, you are eligible for a full refund providing the call is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. For calls scheduled past this time, first reach out and confirm the cancellation with your coach.

Calls you have already carried out are not eligible for refund within the 10-day window, and their cost will be subtracted from the eligible refund amount.

No refunds are available beyond the 10-day window.

Microdosing Experience

You are eligible for a full refund, contingent on requesting it within 10 days of your purchase, or on requesting the refund before the beginning of the first class, whichever occurs first.

In the event that wish to discontinue registration in the Microdosing Experience beyond the scheduled time of the first class, you are no longer eligible for a refund, but you may request that your purchase be credited towards private coaching sessions, instead, but must commit to doing so no later than 10 days after your purchase.

Coaching Certification Program
(Spring 2022 Cohort)

Due to the high material costs of organizing the program and the length of time between enrollment and first class, please take careful note of the refund eligibility terms, below.

Registrants for the Coaching Certification Program (Spring 2022) are eligible for a full refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received within 30 calendar days of your inquiry call with Third Wave Admissions.

If 30 days has passed since your inquiry call with Third Wave Admissions, the following terms apply:
75% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received by August 31, 2021;
50% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between September 1–30, 2021;
25% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between October 1–31, 2021;
10% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between November 1–November 30, 2021 at 11:59pm PST;
December 1, 2021: No refunds at this point. You remain responsible to pay all amounts owing for the Program, including any amounts due under a payment plan.

Registrants who are not accepted into the program will receive a full refund after notification of non-acceptance.

Coaching Certification Program
(Fall 2022 Cohort)

75% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between March 28-April 15, 2022;
50% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between April 16-30, 2022;
25% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between May 1-31, 2022;
10% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received between June 1-30, 2022;
July 1, 2022: No refunds at this point. You remain responsible to pay all amounts owing for the Program, including any amounts due under a payment plan.
