Microdosing Course

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for purchasers of the Microdosing Course. The refund window is considered based on the refund request date. Requests made beyond the 10-day window will be declined. Please note that, if paying by payment plan, we can only honor refund requests for the most recent renewal payment.

Microdosing Coaching

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for purchasers of Microdosing Coaching. Purchasers are eligible for a full refund within this 10-day time-frame contingent on not having scheduled and carried out any of their coaching calls.

If you have already scheduled your initial coaching call, you are eligible for a full refund providing the call is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. For calls scheduled past this time, first reach out and confirm the cancellation with your coach.

Calls you have already carried out are not eligible for refund within the 10-day window, and their cost will be subtracted from the eligible refund amount.

No refunds are available beyond the 10-day window.

Microdosing Experience

You are eligible for a full refund, contingent on requesting it within 10 days of your purchase, or on requesting the refund before the beginning of the first class, whichever occurs first.

In the event that wish to discontinue registration in the Microdosing Experience beyond the scheduled time of the first class, you are no longer eligible for a refund, but you may request that your purchase be credited towards private coaching sessions, instead, but must commit to doing so no later than 10 days after your purchase.

Coaching Certification Program

Due to the high administrative costs of organizing this program and the length of time between enrollment and first class, please take careful note of the refund eligibility terms, below.

To apply for the Coaching Certification Program, you will be asked to pay a deposit. Following receipt of your deposit, Third Wave Admissions will reach out to you to set up an inquiry call.

Applicants are eligible for a full refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received: (1) before your inquiry call is scheduled; (2) after your inquiry call is scheduled, but before it takes place; or (3) within 10 calendar days after your inquiry call takes place

If 10 days has passed since your inquiry call with Third Wave Admissions, the following terms apply (all deadlines are before 11:59pm PT):
75% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received at least 75 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date;
50% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date;
25% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date;
10% refund of all monies paid if notice of cancellation is received at least 3 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date;

No refunds will be issued as of 2 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date. From this date forward, You will remain responsible to pay all amounts owing for the Program, including any amounts due under a payment plan.

Applicants who are not accepted into the program will receive a full refund of all monies paid after notification of non-acceptance.
