Coaching Certification Program (Spring 2022)

Course Information

Course Structure

Overall

Modules start on Thursdays with lectures from Paul F. Austin, then continue on Mondays with Guest Lectures (when applicable), and finish with a private (non-recorded) Facilitated Group Integration Session on Wednesdays for trainees to discuss what’s coming up for them—either as a trainee, or as a human being—as they go through the course. We wish we could offer multiple time slots for each event, but for now, each event will only have one time slot (i.e., Paul’s class will only be offered once on Thursdays).

Modules unlock on the Thursday prior to Paul’s class, giving you time to review the materials a week before that Module begins.

Communication

The fastest mode of communication throughout the course will be via the private Slack channel that we will set up just for this cohort. You will receive an invite to join in the coming weeks.

If you haven’t used Slack before, it’s a private group messaging software that’s great for asking questions, connecting with your fellow trainees and coach facilitators, and sharing your proud moments and personal wins.

You can also use Slack for technical questions. Simply start a message and type @support in the message, and Marian Sinoaie’s name will pop up. Click on that and it will notify him that you need help.

1:1 Coaching with Paul F. Austin

You and Paul will have two 30-minute coaching calls throughout the course (one in January, and one between February 28-March 25). You’ll be able to schedule both calls up front. We will also send a reminder email before each month in case you’re not ready to schedule both calls now.
