Paul F. Austin is one of the most prominent voices in the world of psychedelics, and is the author of Mastering Microdosing: How to Use Sub-Perceptual Psychedelics to Heal Trauma, Improve Performance, and Transform Your Life.
As the founder of Third Wave and Psychedelic Coaching Institute, he has educated millions on the importance of safe and effective psychedelic experiences. A pioneer at the intersection of microdosing, personal transformation, and professional success, he has been featured in Forbes, Rolling Stone, and the BBC’s Worklife.
Paul helps others use microdosing as a tool for professional development and increased self-awareness by treating the use of psychedelics as a skill refined through mentorship and courageous exploration.
Learning how to master this skill will be crucial in the story of humanity’s present-future evolution.

Veena works closely with C-level executives for companies looking to scale to $30 million and beyond. She is passionate about setting up systems and processes to help assess a business, visualize goals, and set clear actionable steps to achieve them.
Veena has 17 years of experience in the publishing, education, and marketing industries — from being an editor for a leading medical aesthetics magazine in South East Asia, to co-founding and becoming the CEO of Mindvalley’s affiliate network (Mindvalley Engage) and then Senior Partner at Mindvalley group of companies.
She has scaled marketing, operations, and business development for multiple brands globally, and learned the heart and science of people mastery from renowned authorities in leadership and relationships.
Veena lives in Malaysia with her husband and son. They’re a family that loves music, food and travel and she’s a self-confessed TV junkie and a sucker for puzzles and word games.

Content Manager
Max is an experienced audio producer, having worked on Hip-Hop, guided meditations and more. He earned a BS in Audio Media and Technology and has spent 15 years dedicated to projects that make an impact.
In his hometown Cincinnati, Max played an integral role at a non-profit music center for at-risk youth during its formative years, developing recording and performance programming. His spiritual callings took him across Asia for over three years while studying and practicing contemplative healing arts. He returned to the U.S. and founded True Resonance, a wellness and media company.
Max is passionate about producing media that transforms and brings his intuitive yet detail-oriented craft to Third Wave.
He enjoys spending time with his partner and their two cats, creating music for journeys, hosting tea ceremonies, and studying the Internal Family Systems therapy model, which he aspires to offer someday as psychedelic integration support.

Chloe’s mission is to expand responsible education and access to psychedelics. She designs transformative learning experiences that empower practitioners and ensure seamless execution.
With over 10 years of experience in education, small business management, and personal transformation, Chloe shifted her focus four years ago to personal development. She has since created impactful programs that have helped hundreds of individuals.
Passionate about the ethical use of psychedelics for healing and growth, Chloe is dedicated to helping practitioners integrate these tools into their work. Originally from the US, Chloe has lived in Latin America for over 10 years. A yoga teacher and women’s circle facilitator, she now resides in Costa Rica, where she enjoys nature, reading with her book club, practicing yoga, and dancing at festivals.

Janine has over 13 years of experience in various fields, including teaching, customer service, executive and administrative assistance, and supporting business growth. She is passionate about helping others and creating positive change through her work.
Outside of work, Janine enjoys reading books, journaling, painting, visiting museums, and exploring nature. Her love for creativity and personal growth is central to her life and endeavors. Janine currently resides in the Philippines and enjoys coffee. She also enjoys listening to music and, when alone, enjoys reading classic novels and writing short stories.

Jared Kyllo is a digital strategist and creative technologist with a passion for building thoughtful systems and experiences.
With a background in geography and over a decade of experience spanning web design, GIS consulting, and creative leadership, Jared brings a unique intersection of data, design, and storytelling to his work. He is the co-founder of Better Good a creative agency focused on purposeful branding and websites, and has worked on projects ranging from environmental satellite analysis to large-scale digital platforms.
At Third Wave, Jared supports the team in creating intuitive, impactful digital systems that help practitioners and seekers engage meaningfully with psychedelics. He’s driven by the belief that technology should serve human growth—and be built with integrity and intention.
A lifelong learner and nerd, Jared is fascinated by philosophical worldviews, systems thinking, and well-crafted cinema. He currently lives in British Columbia, where he listens to vinyl, collects tattoos (20 and counting), and occasionally loses sleep thinking about consciousness and the cosmos.

Melissa brings over 15 years of executive assistant & operations experience, supporting C-level leaders across tech, wellness, and entertainment industries. With a degree in Business Management from San Diego State University, she’s known for her ability to bring order to complexity, streamline systems, and create a sense of ease in fast-moving environments.
Rooted in her San Diego upbringing, Melissa carries a deep love for the ocean and a zest for life. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and two boys and finds joy in dancing, hiking, boxing, surfing, practicing yoga, and traveling to faraway places.
