    You're invited to a transformational women only 12 week programme with a four night legal psilocybin retreat, in Europe, at its heart offering you a potent blend of restorative and transformational practices, ceremonies and workshops.

    Created by certified psychedelic integration coaches Nasreen El-Mariesh and Rachel Lawlan specifically for women who are seeking meaning, joy and depth in their lives.

    A 12 WEEK CONTAINER, WITH A FOUR DAY RETREAT AT ITS HEART. A CRUCIBLE WITHIN WHICH WE ALCHEMISE OUR POTENTIALITY.

    Commences late September 2023 [exact date tbc] with our initiation and welcome calls

    Retreat dates are 2-6th October 2023
    A beautiful secluded location in the Netherlands (travel not included)

    Practitioners:

    Women are the Medicine, a UK based company offering microdosing programmes and in-person European retreats dedicated to helping women harness the power of psychedelic integration. Their ultimate goal is to generate a positive wave of female-focussed personal and collective growth, that will contribute to a more conscious, equitable, and abundant world.

    Nasreen El-Mariesh (Naz) is a coach certified by the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, specialising in women's empowerment and relationships. She has over 2 decades experiences of hosting events including luxury transformational yoga retreats.

    Rachel Lawlan is coach certified by the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, as well as a Narrative Coach working with the modalities of story, somatics, and psychedelics.

    Both are on the faculty for Third Wave's Psychedelic Coaching Institute cohort 5 and bring a wealth of consultancy and coaching experience to Women are the Medicine

    Team/Medical Staff:

    Sanne Ham is our medicine ceremony facilitator
    Sanne is a writer, visionary artist, holistic therapist, and medicine woman who facilitates transformational therapy, psilocybin ceremonies and women’s retreats.

    She specialises in resolving anxiety at its root by fusing therapeutic knowledge of how to resolve trauma with energetic practices, guided meditations, and creative expression. Her journey of becoming a psychedelic guide was a synchronistic unfolding. She was offered an apprenticeship in psilocybin therapy in her early twenties and participated in numerous ceremonies with experienced medicine women in the Netherlands, Costa Rica and Peru. Over the years, she attended different training programs and workshops in trauma integration therapy, breath work, Jungian dreamwork, energy healing, and shamanism.

      Everything was superb. The information you shared, the practices, the meet ups … everything was so well thought out. The group of women were incredible and the collective energy was fucking incredible. The time at the retreat was beautifully prepared; I particularly loved how you got us to be intentional, prepare and consider how to approach the ceremony thoughtfully. I experienced an epic breakthrough – I literally felt like the Eiffel Tower had been lifted from my shoulders.
      I’m looking forward to staying in touch with the beautiful women I met and continuing to learn and grow with you all.
