    About the Retreat:

    Experience a personalized, holistic plant medicine journey, located in a relaxing urban retreat setting in Colorado. For individual women, these retreats offer full support from preparation to journey to integration. Embracing the mind, body and spirit from the start, participants will learn how to set intentions, practice grounding and meditation techniques, get in touch with their soul self through guided plant medicine ceremonies, and integrate and understand their profound experiences. Our foundational focus for healing and expansion include connection with self, nature and others. Participants are encouraged to embrace their creative side as well as participate in holistic personal growth activities including journaling, meditation, spending time in nature, acupuncture, essential oils, and energy healing.

    Description of Services:

    Guided journeys are held on site in Colorado and are available for individual women or private groups. Healthy meals and accommodations are provided. Journeys include wraparound support with preparation and integration.

    Practitioners:

    Jessica Eden comes from a background in mental health and addictions. She believes in the innate healing wisdom of each individual and the powerful potential of psychedelics and plant medicines to support inner and outer wellness and personal and spiritual transformation and growth. Jessica incorporates a holistic and nature-based approach, empowering others to find their own harmonious ways of connecting to their self, nature, and others.

    Overview of Experience:

    Experience a personalized, holistic guided plant medicine retreat located in a relaxing urban retreat setting in Colorado. Specializing in women, these retreats offer empathic and mindful support from preparation to integration. Embracing the mind, body and spirit from the start, participants will learn how to set intentions, practice grounding and meditation techniques, get in touch with their soul self, and integrate and understand their profound experiences. Activities involved in the preparation, journey and integration process may include, but is not limited to journaling, meditation, connecting with nature, essential oils and herbs, and energy healing.

    Intake Process:

    Start with a free discovery call by texting, emailing or booking directly from the website. Receive a free pre-screening during the discovery call, during which you will also receive additional details, be allowed to ask any questions, and begin planning out your retreat. We'll complete an intake with consent and liability forms, and then schedule your preparation and journey sessions.
